Garcia's birth records can be traced back to a small town located in Portugal. No exact location was given, however Léna comments that it was a "Close-knit but nice community." Local hospital records indicate that Garcia's mother passed away when she was young, however the cause and exact date of death were not logged. Garcia's father, General ███████, was assigned command of a Task Force located at Base ███████. Upon this assignment, Garcia left her hometown with her father and spent the remainder of her childhood on base.

Garcia was officially enlisted into the militairy service at 16, however reports suggest her training had begun before she was officially logged into the system. Little is recorded regarding said training, however Garcia showed proficiency in strategic combat as well as on-field duty.
